Can dogs eat Turmeric (ground)?
Turmeric (ground)(ウコン(ターメリック粉))
With care
A spice containing the yellow pigment curcumin. Culinary amounts and supplement doses are two different things.
312 kcal per 100 g
What kind of food is this?
A spice made by drying and grinding a root related to ginger. Per 100g: 55mg iron, 2080mg potassium, and 19.8mg manganese — concentrated, as dried powders are.
Curcumin, the source of the yellow color, is a polyphenol-type plant compound, widely studied for its links to antioxidant activity and cell signals involved in inflammation.
That does not mean it "cures dog illnesses." A small culinary sprinkle and a high-dose supplement are considered separately.
How to serve
Using a small amount for flavor and giving it every day like a supplement are two different things — keep them separate. For dogs with gallbladder or bile duct disease, dogs on anticoagulants, dogs with a history of urinary stones, and pregnant or nursing dogs, this is something to discuss with your regular veterinarian before continuing it. With supplements made for people, also check the added ingredients, such as xylitol.

In food-energetics terms
In food energetics this is classified as "warm." It is considered gently warming, so it is often chosen in cold weather.
(Food energetics is a long-standing idea of supporting the body through everyday meals. Treat it as one extra hint alongside the nutrition numbers.)
